Upon purchasing this historic home in downtown Traverse City, homeowners wanted to restore this mid-century home back to its original glory. This included a complete remodel of the interior, exterior, and landscaping. Along with landscape designer, Jack Barnwell, the TruNorth team carefully got to work installing plantings and hardscape elements that reflected and complemented the existing beautiful architecture. With hopes of entertaining large groups, homeowners requested a large patio area and grass area for friends and family to gather and play. As the home is a prominent feature in the Traverse City area, privacy was also an important consideration during the design and installation.
