Communicates directly with sales and design group leaders to ensure plan is executed properly. Manages all team members-performance reviews, etc. Oversees scheduling, manpower and equipment, installation standards and quality control. Responsible for performance down to the gross profit line. Coordinates communication between the client and designer/sales teams.
Responsible for all safety procedures and policies. Trains all team members on all processes. Recruits new employees through various means.

May or may not be Landscape Architect as well. Primary responsibility is designing large, complex landscape projects and graphics. Responsible for meeting CEO expectations and hourly billing goals. Responsible for communication with Sales team and Landscape team to ensure customer satisfaction. Meets with customers along with sales team manager.
Sales and Estimating Positions
Assists in managing accounts and communication among the team. Assists all of sales team.
Responsible for sales of projects and services. Required to meet sales goals. Runs estimates of jobs and communicates with designers and landscape/maintenance team.
Oversees sales team and multiple in progress sales projects. Works directly with Design Manager and Landscape Architect. Responsible for all sales goals and gross profit margins. Generates sales leads and closes deals.
Trains in all areas of administration; answers phones; office supply; assists all administration team.
Responsible for carrying out all clerical functions such as billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and any other functions assigned by the office manager.
Manages all aspects of social media marketing (google business, facebook, Instagram, Youtube). Composes weekly blogs and monitors website. Manages any other marketing plans. Completes any other functions assigned by office manager.
Creates and maintains employee files; manages benefits, payroll, regulations, uniforms, performance evaluations, position descriptions, etc.
Responsible for any work requested by group leads or chief officers.
Manages all Administrative Team Leads and responsible for all clerical functions. Assists the Chief Financial Officer with anything deemed necessary.
Responsible for the care and upkeep of the company’s equipment fleet and small tools. Has the responsibility to work within the allotted equipment. Reports to the mechanic and assists when needed.
Responsible for the care and upkeep of the company’s fleet and all mechanical equipment owned by the company. Has the responsibility to work within the repair budget.
Assists the owner/CEO in the development of corporate policies and goals. Usually involved in all areas of the business. In charge directly of all group leaders-performance reviews, efficiency, etc. Not the head of any one area goal is to have the company function effectively day to day.
Works at the direction of the Chief Operation Officer. Runs product to job sites, assists with tasks around shop, etc.
