• Features: Includes all features of the above 550H, Husqvarna EPOS Technology, and guidance, warning lights, firmware over the air, appDrive-driving by remote. The EPOS system sets virtual boundaries through satellite-based technology with an accuracy down to 2-3 cm. No physical wires mean more flexibility and programming possibilities. You can set several different work areas with different timers and settings, create temporary stay-out zones and pre-set transport paths. EPOS also automatically calculates the most efficient route and varies its route to avoid unpleasant tracks.

2. Do you rent the Automower® or do I buy it?

As Authorized Dealers, we sell the mower to you and you fully own the mower. We can store the mower for you in the winter months or help with maintenance, but the mower is 100% yours after purchase.

3. How much does installation cost?

The installation starts at $795. Costs will vary depending on the size of your property. Installation means that the Automwer® will be 100% functional upon completion. Any materials necessary to complete installation will be provided and included with your installation fee.

4. How much does maintenance cost?

Your mower will need some maintenance throughout the year. All models come with 6 extra blades, but you may need to purchase additional blades. In general, blades should be replaced every 6-8 weeks. In addition, just like normal lawn mowers, your Automower® will need to be cleaned periodically. Wheels, body, and skid plate will need to be brushed out, and we recommend purchasing the maintenance and cleaning kit to help guide your cleaning process. A set of 9 blades costs about $30 for the standard blades. The cleaning and maintenance kit is $61 and the wheel brush kit is $69 (this kit is included with some models). 5. Are there any other service visits or hidden fees?

There are no additional or hidden fees. There are no other service fees or visits that are not included in this installation fee. If you select one of the service plans listed below, this obviously comes at an additional fee, but you do not have to select any of these plans!

6. Do you offer any service plans to work along with the Automower®?

Other than simply selling you the mower or selling and then installing the mower, we do offer three additional service plans to help your property shine and keep your Automower® in its’ best condition. All of the additional service plans offer winterization and start-up. This service includes TruNorth picking up the mower, servicing, cleaning, storing over winter on a trickle charge, and setting up the mower again in the Spring.

7. Is there any cost savings for me in purchasing the Automower® Professional Lawn Mowing?

There really is not much of a ‘cost savings’ between purchasing an Automower® vs. paying for professional lawn services. Robotic mowers are much quieter and better for the environment than traditional lawn mowing. They also do leave your grass looking freshly mowed every day.

While these little robot mowers may not be for everyone or every property, we feel taking steps toward more environmentally friendly lawn care is extremely important. We are called the “Green” industry after all!
